Acceptance
If you use Muse on behalf of a server you confirm you are allowed to do so. If you do not agree, remove the bot from your server and stop using it.
Eligibility and Discord's terms
You must meet Discord's minimum age and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Muse is a Discord application and depends on Discord to work.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the bot to harass, threaten or harm people, or to break the law.
- Do not try to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the limits of the service.
- Do not use it to spam, to distribute malware or to circumvent Discord's rules.
Server administrators
Server administrators are responsible for how Muse is configured and used in their server, including the actions moderators take with it and informing their members as the law of their country requires.
Content
You keep the rights to the content you submit. You give us only the permission needed to store and display it as part of the features you use.
Privacy
The privacy policy describes the data Muse handles and forms part of these terms.
Availability and changes
Muse is provided without a guaranteed uptime. We may change, limit or discontinue features, commands or the whole service at any time, and we try to announce notable changes in the community Discord.
Suspension
We may stop serving a server or a user that breaks these terms or abuses the service. You may stop using Muse at any time by removing it from your server.
No warranty
Muse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Automated tools such as filters and recommendations can be wrong; review what they do before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sxnnyside Project is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of Muse, including loss of data or of access to a server.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the date at the top of the page shows the latest revision. Continuing to use Muse after a change means you accept it.
